De Kulicke & Soffa iFlex H1 is een flexibele end-of-line / high-mix plaatsingsmodule in het iFlex platform. In deze video tonen we het machine-uiterlijk, de wisseling van feederkarren, plaatsing van 01005 tot grote connectoren, tray/stick/tape voeding, en praktische tips voor kopers die vervanging nodig hebben voor verouderende SMT-lijnen.
