A used Panasonic AVK2 High-Speed Axial / Horizontal-Lead Component Inserter, Model No. NM-AA10A​ is now available for immediate sale, inspection and on-site / video demonstration. The Panasonic AVK2 is one of the most widely used through-hole insertion machines from the Panasert AI family, built for high-volume PCBA lines inserting axial-lead components such as fixed resistors, cylindrical ceramic capacitors, diodes, 1/8W–1/2W resistors and taped jumper wires.

Versus earlier AV / AVK models, the AVK2 keeps the proven horizontal / axial insertion mechanism while improving tact-time and maintenance convenience: a sequence taping machine is not required, and when an insertion error occurs, the operator can resume recovery insertion simply by pressing a button instead of re-sequencing the whole reel. For power-supply boards, consumer-electronics mainboards, lighting drivers, industrial-control PCBs and other axial-lead dominated through-hole lines, an AVK2 remains a cost-effective workhorse before moving to AVK2B / AVK3.
