It is suitable for power modules, IGBT modules, automotive electronics, BGA, QFN, communication equipment, LED products and other high-reliability PCBA production.

• Flexible transmission system (single track / double track):
• Single-track transmission: Suitable for large-sized, high-density complex PCB motherboards. An integrated central support board can be selected to prevent large circuit boards or flexible substrates from deforming under high temperatures.
• Parallel dual-track transmission: Supports independent or synchronous operation of two tracks. The track width can be precisely adjusted, enabling parallel welding of products of different sizes or types in a reflow soldering system, significantly increasing production line throughput.
• Maintenance-free design: The drive mechanism of the transmission system is all moved outside the furnace, with minimal heat influence and extremely low maintenance requirements.
• Integrated vacuum module in one step:
• After components reach the optimal solder melting state in the convective heating zone, they directly enter the built-in vacuum chamber for processing, without the need for external secondary processing.
• The vacuum degree can be drawn down to 2 mbar, reducing the porosity and void rate inside the solder joints to below 2%.
• The vacuum pressure and evacuation/pressure release rates can be flexibly parameterized within the system and saved in the process curve, avoiding damage to components due to sudden changes in air pressure.
