The Kulicke & Soffa iFlex H1 is a flexible end-of-line / high-mix placement module in the iFlex platform. In this video we show machine appearance, feeder trolley exchange, 01005 to large connector placement, tray/stick/tape feeding, and practical tips for buyers who need replacement for aging SMT lines.
