Designed specifically for Fuji machines with intelligent feeders, these splice tapes feature a silver strip for sensor detection. Each size includes placement holes for use with alignment jigs.

Instructions for Using GSM26 Series Splice Tapes
  • Cut Carrier Tapes: Use a cutting tool to make clean, precise cuts on the carrier tapes.
  • Prepare Splice Tape: Remove the release liner to expose the adhesive side.
  • Align Components: Position cut carrier tapes (cover tape down) with the placement holes on the splice tape.
  • Join Tapes: Place both carrier tapes onto the first strip of splice tape, ensuring proper alignment.
  • Complete Bond: Fold the second strip to the underside and press firmly for strong adhesion.
  • Finalize: Remove and discard the clear plastic cover to complete the splice.
