GSM28 Series Silver SMT Double Sensor Splice Tape For FUJI
GSM28 Series Silver SMT Double Sensor Splice Tape is designed for Fuji machines with intelligent feeders. Each size features placement holes for use with alignment jigs, ensuring precise splicing.
Detailed Instructions for Use
  1. Prepare the Carrier Tapes
    • Cutting: Use a precise cutting tool to accurately cut the carrier tapes at the desired splice point. Ensure clean, straight cuts for seamless joining.
  2. Prepare the Splice Tape
    • Remove the Release Liner: Carefully remove the liner to expose the adhesive side, ensuring a strong bond between carrier tapes and splice tape.
  3. Align the Carrier Tapes
    • Align with Placement Holes: Position cut carrier tapes (cover tape facing down) with the splice tape's placement holes for proper alignment.
  4. Apply the First Strip
    • Attach to Splice Tape: Place ends of joining carrier tapes onto the first strip, ensuring full adhesive contact and proper alignment.
  5. Secure the Splice
    • Fold Over and Press: Fold the second strip over the underside of carrier tapes and press firmly to create a strong bond.
  6. Finalize the Splice
    • Remove Clear Plastic Cover: Discard the clear plastic cover to complete the splice, making it ready for feeding into the FUJI machine.
