AOI red glue algorithm
The red glue algorithm refers to a color statistics algorithm for analyzing and obtaining the amount of glue overflow that occurs in the pad area (copper foil area) of components. This algorithm is a color feature analysis algorithm. Among them, the image feature of red glue is dark red, and the image feature of copper foil is bright red, mainly by analyzing the red glue dots existing in the copper foil area. As shown in the following figure:
AOI red glue algorithm
① The area is mainly red glue. The image characteristics of red glue are low brightness and the main color channel is red. ② The area where the glue overflow occurs is bright red in color, characterized by high brightness, and the main color channel is red. When there is a red glue color feature in area ②, it is determined as "glue overflow". The symbol of this algorithm in algorithm selection is "Glue".
