What the unit does

• Cleans the internal air channels / syringes and holders​ of the placement head automatically — air mode for routine cleaning, oil mode for deep cleaning + internal lubrication.
• After cleaning, runs automatic inspection: internal air pressure, air flow per nozzle / syringe, vacuum-break channel, cleaning channel, mechanical-valve action, contact detection, axial movement time and axis operation torque.
• Inspection result is displayed pass/fail and stored against the head serial number; when linked with Nexim / Fujitrax, maintenance history and next-due timing are managed automatically.
