It mainly utilizes the adsorption effect of vacuum to pick up the components, and uses air blowing to place the components attached to the suction nozzle at the coordinate positions on the circuit board.

When the suction nozzle of the surface mount technology (SMT) machine picks up components, to achieve the desired situation, it is necessary to ensure that the center of the component, the center of the suction nozzle, and the spatial center of the obtained image should be coincident. • Use a cotton swab to wipe the cavity of the HOLDER. Do not damage the filter screen.
• Regularly apply special grease to the HOLDER's claws and teeth.
• Regular maintenance should be carried out in accordance with production requirements, and other maintenance should be done well in daily life.
• Clean the suction nozzle rod of the needle.
• Wipe the reflector;
• Check if the suction nozzle rod is deformed.
• Blowing and suction nozzle rod;
• After loading it into the machine and checking the vacuum value, if CM602 is less than -85, it is OK. If CM212 is less than -65, it is OK
