New Equipment Arrival: Panasonic AM100 SMT Placement Machine

We are pleased to announce that the new Panasonic AM100 Modular Placement Machine (SMT Pick & Place) has officially arrived at our production facility and been received by the warehouse on July 2, 2026.

Equipment Details:

Make / Model: Panasonic AM100 Modular Placement Machine (NM-EJM4D)

Application: SMT high-mix / high-speed component placement

Key Specs: Up to 35,800 cph, 0402-chip to 120*90 mm components, 14-nozzle head, up to 160 feeder inputs

Status: Unloaded — pending unpacking, incoming inspection, and installation scheduling with the vendor engineer.

The addition of the AM100 will significantly enhance our SMT line flexibility and placement capacity, supporting both small-batch prototyping and high-mix production runs. It also features advanced vision recognition, board warp detection, and auto-support pin setup to improve placement accuracy and overall OEE.

Next steps:

Visual & packing-list inspection within 2 business days.
Coordinate Panasonic field engineer for installation & leveling.
Feeder loading, nozzle kit verification, and trial run / IQ/OQ checklist.
