1. The suction nozzle effect of the SMT placement machine is not good

Reasons

The flying feeder is in the wrong position.
The feeder was not laid flat.
The lid of the feeder is not fully opened.
Whether the Z-axis motor is working;
The working suction force of the vacuum generator;
The suction height is either too high or too low;
The suction time of the SMT nozzle is too short.

Solution

Redo the Feida position;
Lay the feida flat.
Check if the air pressure is normal;
Check the Z motor or reduce its speed;
Check the vacuum generator and its gas path;
Redo the suction height;
Increase the suction time.

Reasons
