Especially for mainstream surface mount technology (SMT) machines like Hanwha, there's no problem running a whole day's work, but if the components break down and there's no stock in the warehouse, once the production line stops, it will result in losses of tens of thousands.

Many people think, "Why not just buy the accessories when they have problems?" But the reality is that by the time you buy it back, it might have been three or five days, and customers' orders have already gone crazy. Therefore, common accessories should be kept on hand, and they should be prepared reasonably, neither too much nor too little, just right.

Feida is definitely the number one "commonly used high-consumption parts". Whether it is 8mm, 12mm, 16mm or wider material tape, temporary replacement may be required during production for line changing, incorrect installation, maintenance and repair.

• For commonly used 8mm Feidars: Prepare at least 2 to 5 more
• For feida over 12mm: Prepare an appropriate amount based on the production frequency
• If there is a trial production of a new product, it is very important to prepare the corresponding specification of Feida in advance

• One day, a customer wanted to place an order to produce a new product. However, they were short of two 16mm Feida. They had to make a temporary transfer of goods for two days, and the production line idled, wasting tens of thousands of yuan in output value in vain. So when it comes to Feida, it's better to have one or two in advance than to let them down at critical moments.

Additionally, regular suction power tests should be conducted to eliminate faulty suction nozzles in advance. Don't wait until a batch of boards are damaged to discover it.

The belt will become loose after long-term use and the synchronous pulley will also wear out. If there are any problems with these two, the surface mount technology (SMT) machine will be unable to move an inch. This kind of accessory is not replaced every day, but once it breaks down, you definitely have to replace it urgently.

• It is recommended that each surface mount technology (SMT) placement machine always have 2 to 3 main belts on hand
• One to two sets of synchronous wheels are sufficient, and they can be matched according to the model

• It's best not to wait until the belt is worn out before replacing it. If there is a slight slippage or abnormal noise, check it immediately. Some old equipment, when the belt breaks down, will also cause the jamming position to shift, which is not worth it.

Eventually, the problem was solved by simply replacing it with a small sensor that cost 50 yuan. So, it's really not a bad deal to have some sensors on hand.

Some customers always think that the feida is the "main body", but in fact, the clamps, bases and tracks on the feeding table often wear out or are misaligned, resulting in the feida not being installed or the feeding not being in place.

The surface mount technology (SMT) placement machine is a highly precise device. Lubrication, cleaning, and anti-static measures are all indispensable. We have seen too many examples of "abnormal noises caused by not refueling" and "sensor failure due to dust accumulation".

• One bottle of Hanwha original or recommended lubricating oil is always on hand
• Alcohol, cleaning cotton, anti-static gloves, dust-proof cloths, etc. : Replenish in a cyclical manner based on the monthly inventory

The commonly used ones must be available. Don't run out of stock for those that are prone to damage. For those that don't break frequently, it's advisable to keep 1 to 2 pieces in stock as an emergency. Especially for factories with a fast production pace and frequent line changes, a suction nozzle or a belt may determine whether you can deliver the goods today.

• Establish a list of accessories inventory, classified by "high frequency/medium frequency/low frequency".
• Set the safety stock quantity. If it drops below the warning line, it will automatically remind you to make a purchase.
• Conduct an inventory count and a health check on accessories every quarter to identify problems in advance.
• By cooperating with reliable suppliers, key components can be transferred with just one phone call.

Although the accessories are small, they are not managed carelessly. To ensure that the production line does not encounter any problems, some efforts need to be made in inventory management.
