Aluminum Alloy Anti Static PCB Magazine Rack For SMT Loader And Unloader PCB Storage

Product Assembly Instructions:

Install the Rack: Ensure that the rack fits snugly against the base plate.
Secure the Four Upright Columns: Use screws to firmly attach all four upright columns in place.
Attach the Side Panel: Align the side panel with the designated holes and tighten the screws.
Adjust the Movable Side Panel: Position the bottom edge of the movable side panel flush with the rack edge.
Install the Base Plate: Push the round pin of the latch upward, then slide the side panel to align properly.
Install the Stopper on the Spring Area: Attach the stopper, positioning it downward to complete the installation.

Special Note: Pay careful attention to steps 4 and 5. Ensure the round pin on the latch aligns precisely with the circular hole on the base plate. Proper positioning is crucial—both horizontally and vertically—to prevent gear slipping or misalignment.
