Product Description

This industrial-grade PCB Surface Cleaning Machine is designed for SMT production lines to ensure optimal PCB surface preparation before solder paste printing or dispensing.

Applications

Positioned between the loading machine and printing press in SMT production lines, this equipment performs critical cleaning functions:

  • Removes static electricity from PCB boards
  • Cleans surface contaminants including chips, dust, hair, and glass fibers
  • Reduces defect rates for air welding and virtual welding post-reflow
  • Improves overall product quality and reliability
Working Principle

The machine operates through an efficient mechanical cleaning process:

  • Substrate passes through the machine track
  • Adhesive roller contacts and rolls across PCB surface
  • Roller's stickiness removes foreign objects including:
    • Dust and particulate matter
    • Board scraps and debris
    • Green oil residue
    • Hair and fibers
  • Secondary roller system captures contaminants from primary roller
