Samsung Pick And Place Machines Smart Hybrid Mounter HANWHA SM485P
Building on the success of the SM451, the Hanwha SM485P is a high-precision, multi-functional placement system featuring four Force Control Precision Heads. This advanced machine can place virtually any component, including radial through-hole, flip chip, COB, POP, through-hole connectors, shield cans, and other odd-form components.
The SM485P utilizes gripper nozzles for components that are difficult to pick with traditional vacuum nozzles. Standard configuration handles parts up to 32mm in height, with an optional upgrade available for components up to 44mm. The system employs four small cameras for on-the-fly alignment, while larger components (up to 150mm in length) are aligned using the stage camera.
